My family came during one of their busiest times, the LA Marathon. From the valet and front staff to cleaning crew, everyone was very helpful and kind especially when they were at 100% capacity. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was very nice and the location was perfect for the Los Angeles Marathon.
The property was lovely, right by the finish line. In the morning they had coffee and water out nice and early (and complimentary) for the runners before the shuttle. It was a nice touch. Recommend!
I'm very happy with my experience. Being a part of the marathon meant my needs were not those of a typical guest. But they worked with me to find solutions and help me get out the door by 4:00am, even delivering a fresh pot of coffee to my room at 3:00am. And, of course, it's in the perfect location. While it is a bit pricey, I'll likely try to stay there again for future marathons.
From the start, we were treated like valued guests by the Valet and Staff. Todd ensured we had a room that met our needs when our room was not ready at check in. The room service was timely and delicious. Phenomenal experience.
We've loved everything except the mild inconvenience of there being only one working elevator in our part of the building and the super annoying allowing of kids to pound on the piano in the lobby. Love the dj in the lobby, though.
