"1950’s Throwback"

Past Meets Present.

"Very Disappointed"

Check in was awful, elevators worked sporadically and during checkout hours ALL elevators were not working. Rooms I reserved were not correct. I had to continue to go to front desk as my the front desk never texted me when rooms were ready. I had my grandkids with me so it made for loads of anxiety. Reserved two rooms (one with two beds) and we didn’t get that. I’ve stayed here many times and this experience makes it the last time I stay with you nor will I recommend. The best part of staying were the cleaning staff.

We stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel during the TCM Classic Movie Festival every Spring. It has been updated fairly well. All the restaurants are excellent. Staff will do everything they can to be accommodating.
