Did not stay there ..fake reservation.
I booked two rooms for a funeral. First I was lied to about there being valet parking,between the two rooms they were out of hand soap, bodywash and conditioner. Normally there's an even number of towels in a room, mine had 3. The toilet flap had to be fixed every time you flushed or the tank wouldn't fill with water. I've stayed at a few Best Western hotels, they vary in age,but they were all better than this. Very very disappointed.
