Our short stay at this Virgin Hotels convinced us to stay here again whenever we make it back to Vegas. Our room was in the Opal tower, which had speedy elevators and was very close to the the Paradise parking lot. The room was clean, well designed and super comfy to come back to after a long day. Our kids were a big fan of the outdoor event area and spent most of their time playing on the fake grass. It was a little on the cold side for them to be playing in the pool, but the pool area was very cool and spacious as well. We're not big gamblers so I can't say how well the tables/slots paid out. But I'll comment that Virgin had plenty of machines and tables and the casino floor was fairly quiet (the slots aren't screaming at you all the time). Overall, our family enjoyed our time at the Virgin. Its off the strip by a mile or so and you're within walking distance to many other restaurants and shops.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was great. Restaurants were very good as well. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, walkable to the Thomas and Mack Arena. The room was quiet and clean. The employees helpful and professional; room was quiet and comfortable. Access to food 24/7. I've stayed here before and I will stay here again.

I had an excellent experience here. There was a long line when I came in to check in, the front desk lady was very polite and thanked me for my patience. When I got up to my room, guest service asked me if I was okay and needed anything. The overall experience was excellent and the employees were polite. Thank you Virgin Hotel Las Vegas.

I booked a few weeks ago, or so. At the time of my online booking, of which I paid in full at that time as well, I was reserving deluxe lodging in a clean room w working amenities, perhaps a coffee machine or microwave at least, considering room service was seldom an option. Filth on the walls in shades of red or brown hues, streaks. The phone receiver was not working then again shortly sfter maintenance left, stopped working other than speaker use. The safe would not work The layout has a large heavy door that wouldn’t always remain open and the door to the loo nearly hits the toilet itself. Optional sensory and switches both should be installed. The large “shell” at the beds corner is not only an eyesore it’s dangerous. The gent whom delivered our over priced orders was pleasant enough. We in fact showed him all our room issues. Too bad few tables were opened while I was there and the casino itself is itsy bitsy. I won’t be back.

We had a nice stay at the hotel, check in was smooth, room spacious and all around vibe good.
The room was so lovely and comfortable. The rain shower was a delight and the bar had delicious food and drinks. A perfect combination! Finally, parking was free.
