Truly a beautiful hotel resort friendly people.

This is my third overnight stay at the Double Tree in San Pedro. I loved everything about the hotel. Our room had plenty of space and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and slept very well. I love the hotel lounge and dinning area to watch sports or to socialize. I will be returning for another get away. Needed to get away from the humidity since I don't have air conditioning at home. I live twenty five minutes away. I returned home refreshed. Thank you for my pleasant stay.

The room was clean and comfortable.

After dinner we came back to our room to put our food in the refrig. No Refrig and no microwave. Also the room coffee maker is probably the cheapest coffee maker they could find. I have a bad back and found it extreenly difficult to bend down into the shelf below the TV to make coffee. It was actually plugged in under the TV on a small shelf. Needless to say it was not safe and the coffee spilt everywhere. The bathroom off of the weight room did not look like the floors had been thoroughly cleaned in weeks. There was a grose amount of ding and hair and dirt in all four corners. The safety pool signs near the spa and completly faded out and difficult to see and read as they are al obstructed by the trees. We visited the restaurant for breakfast and noticed that just about every chair had been worn through with the vinyl peeling off. It looked pretty bad. Dingy is a good word to discribe the furniture. Breakfast was okay but no real cream for the coffee. I asked for water twice and never got it. Would I return. Never. 231 bucks, no refrig, dirty bathroom and dingy restaurant downstairs.. Oh yes and the hotel vans made it difficult to cross the street obstructing the traffic views. They park them on each side parallel to each other. Those need another spot. It made the entrance look pretty cheezy. I only saw the fountain once. And all moves are over 22 bucks to purchase and watch. What a rip off. Never going back here again.

Have stayed here many times this was the worst visit! Only one elevator working, ice machines not working, furniture in dining area tattered and torn, needs replacing. Paying for parking is over the top. Dining area needs more staff. Will not stay again really gone down hill.

I read it had continental breakfast, none. I read it had a shuttle to cruise ship, courtesy, we had to pay.

Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Comfy stay!

This hotel was very nice, cozy and tucked in a very gorgeous location in the Port of Los Angeles! We really enjoyed our short stay!

Courteous employees. Clean. HVAC ok. TV ok. Plumbing ok. Restaurant okay and reasonable. Our go to hotel when visiting South Bay.
