I was very grateful for the response to my request for a handicapped bathroom. The room was beautiful.
I would recommend this place. Although I found it to be expensive. I wish they had offer some water in the room otherwise how can you make your coffee in the morning?.

Not happy with customer service, was told that would gain points for our stay but it didn’t happen and receptionist didn’t really care.

Everything was as expected. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The soundproofing is wonderful. I never heard any of the other guests. The staff is professional and polite. I will definitely be returning.
