Customer service was very attentive, Pool area needs Monitoring experience not as expected, Did report serious safety concern to staff. Rooms needs more attention, Broken cabinet door, left behind spa product (Trash able) item in closet, shower / around tub saw black Mold detached shower head not clean .. Are room with a view pleasant to the sight, Beds are comfortable, Did notice a body odor on (sweat smell) on pillows, Pillow cases are clean. Lighting and controls worked and as expected..
