Everyone at the hotel from the clerk, who checked me in to the waiter who bought my drinks or the waiter that took my food order they were all wonderful. My room was clean.
I have stayed here on vacations multiple times. I love this hotel. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is super nice. All staff in all areas have been the nicest! Rooms and all areas are super clean. I have been there multiple times in the past year and the experience is always the same.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and could get to LAX easily via shuttle.
Dinner and service in the Bar/Lounge was a life saver and well done! Comfortable room.

the pool was bathwater temp. In So Cal. And you seem to have charged me an extra $26 for something I did not request. All attempts to drop it have sent me in meaningless circles. The room temp cannot be lower that 71 degrees, again in Southern California.
Dinner and service in the Bar/Lounge are was a life saver and well done! Comfortable room.
