This hotel was absolutely amazing. We got a little baffled by the extra fees when we first got there, but Luis walked us through it and was able to help out tremendously. The staff here are all really friendly, the room was amazing and we had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

Found dog food on floor windows are filthy restaurant selection terrible and close early pool closes at 7pm ridiculous when it's over 100 degrees at 7pm.
I planned to stay on the Strip. I've stayed at the Rio before and liked it. Direct, easy, and Staff is wonderful. I can Uber to the crowds, relax at the Rio.
I like the new renovations and also the casinos. The cleanest of the hotels. I will come back again.
The elevators in the masquerade building are horrible sometimes they're huge line up to get in the elevator because only one out of four will be running very inconvenient.
I wish I would have known before paying. I would have asked to be switched to the other side, where the working elevators were.
Hotel lacks customer service. Long lines to check in, no room service after noon.Restaurant choices are lacking.just not up to par. Far from a Hyatt ranked hotel.in remodel lost its wow factor.

We loved all the new restaurants. All the renovations. We have always stayed at the Rio, our home away from home.
I called numerous of times during my stay to get the room cleaned and clean towels. They never came to clean the room. They only brought the towels. I had to take the trash out of the bins.
Super friendly staff.
While checking in, I asked if I could be moved from the old tower to the newly renovated one, since last year a burst water pipe damaged some of my belongings that were on the floor. They told me the new tower was fully booked, so a transfer wasn’t possible. After arriving in my room, I noticed there was no hot water. I called it in and they said an engineer would be sent to fix the issue. Fast forward — I left the room for about 14 hours and when I returned, there was still no hot water. I called again and got the same response. Eventually, I couldn’t wait any longer and had to take a cold shower. I went downstairs to report the issue in person. Unfortunately, the supervisor wasn’t much help and refused to move me until an engineer inspected the room. Long story short, Leann finally stepped in and was able to help. She got us relocated to the new tower — much appreciated.
Room smells like it’s been a smokers room but has tried to be covered up same with the colour on the walls and ceilings. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful when the Photo Booth was broken.
Great price, very quite easy parking, very nice person at check in. Great location. Do miss not having a buffet.
Had an amazing weekend stay with my family at Rio. The room was great and the sofa made it seem like we were at home. Definitely will be back.
