Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. I would recommend Riverside to others and we do plan on going back.

Had a great drink at the pool today. A great dinner at the Prime Rib and a good breakfast at the cafe. The room was nice and clean sleep well.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy, everything is in one location.

Was treated unfairly by five staff members by cabana area. Not happy at all.

Every employee was fun and helpful,beyond what was good customer service. Room was very nice and clean. Casino area is well kept. Relaxed atmosphere.

This was our second visit to the Riverside. The food in the Rib Room is what brought us back. Now for the bad. The day shift female bartender at the South tower bar was extremely rude to both my wife and for the second and last time. We will not patronize a bar with a rude bartender.

We had not been to Laughlin in 20 years, my husband booked hotel without researching as I would have Excited to go and participate in the bowling tournament which was great no complaints there Upon entering the hotel the wall of cigarette smoke hit us like a brick wall I thought it was a non smoking but with smoking area that’s not the case, the ventilation was not good it was so hard to breathe and even smelled going up to our room, totally understandable it’s a smoking casino but honestly way too much for me to handle The casino is very outdated ,carpet is so old it’s definitely in need of modernization Our room was outdated no microwave only fridge and coffee maker that did not work, the bathroom was in need of upgrades We went to the river walk restaurant the fish was frozen not hand battered two small bland pieces the coleslaw from a Sam’s club or restaurant facility not freshly made VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least In retrospect I wish I would have made the booking and my husband allowing time to find a different hotel.

Needs updating and less smoke. I would come back but never try the buffet again as everyone in my group agreed that it was awful.

Everything was great, no issues at all.

Good Restaurants

The room was great.

This was our first time at the Riverside Casino. Everything was fantastic, no problems anywhere. The room was very clean and efficient. We loved the built in reading lights on the headboards. We ate at the Riverview twice and the cafe once, both were great with very attentive staff. We played lots of slots, video poker and blackjack. All were very fun and fair. We live in Mesquite Nevada and will be returning very soon.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the food in all the restaurants es.

Jason at the South Tower Bar is very accommodating and friendly. Paul, a food server in The Gourmet, is also very efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Table game dealers were very friendly and efficient.
