This hotel was great. They accommodated us when we asked for a low floor close to the elevator. Room was large and comfortable. Shower was very nice. And the bed was super comfy.
Everything was perfect! From the ease of checking in, the accommodations, atmosphere. The service was awesome. All the workers were friendly and very hospitable and respectful. This is the best hotel in Brooklyn. I stayed at a different hotel the night before and this was 100 times more luxurious. I even enjoyed the view from the window. I also liked that the windows were clean and they were safe because they didn’t open completely. It has all the comforts of home and more.

Pleasant Stay
Assigned a Handicap room which was not requested.The room itself was not up to standard. Toilet did not flush properly. No luggage rack provided. New room provided took over 30 minutes to secure.
All personnel was very cordial and helpful. Only negative exception was cleaning service. They failed to clean coffee machine twice nor provide additional supplies.
