On site restaurant, bar, store, spacious, nearby businesses to patronize.
No towels, no phone working in room to get any. Restaurant no service.
The lobby furniture was soiled and looked old.

Staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good.
The hotel was very helpful to us through a couple rough times. It was somewhat inconvenient for us to not find food mid day as my husband was sick and we could not be early risers to catch the breakfast. Street walking was very difficult. We were beyond happy for the service we received from the transportation superintendent, Jimmy, and Yonas his driver. They went over and above to accommodate us. And the front counter delightful person retrieved my husband's glasses we left in the room and got them to Jimmy and Yonas and we were able to have them on our cruise. These staff employees should be highly awarded. They were certainly appreciated. God bless them and the hotel. Pat.
Great hotel in good location. King room was spacious. Many restaurants close by and beautiful walk along the promenade. It was a nice walk to the cruise terminal as it was we had beautiful weather and only carryon roller board luggage. The only disappointment was the Checkin process was very slow. There was usually only one agent checking in, even though there were two cruise ships in and rooms were not ready before 4, so everyone was waiting and had to requeue.

Stayed here two days prior to our south Pacific cruise, very convenient to the port of Los Angeles. Hotel was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities.
Close to pier and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Staff was great. Room and bed were comfortable. Look forward to our next stay.
