On March 16 I was one of thousands of people whose flights out of Orlando International got cancelled. My rebooked flight wasn't until March 18 and all of the hotels closest to the airport were fully booked. Although Crowne Plaza Orlando is more than half an hour away, I just needed a room for two nights. Instead, I ended up with an unexpectedly pleasurable stay in a lovely hotel with professional staffing and a surprisingly nice little restaurant (breakfast and dinner) with excellent. servers. Crowne Plaza/IHG properties are now definitely on my list when looking for places to stay.

Offering the shuttle to and from the Kia Center was a much appreciated surprise.
My only complaint it’s about the coffee machine. About the restaurant we had a great service we recommend “Gaby” she is incredible.
