This is my third time visiting this amazing hotel, not only is a pet friendly with beautiful little water bowls for your amazing furry baby, but it is clean. The staff is always professional, accurate and kind the girls in the spa particularly Kathy as well as the young lady that sits at the desk on Saturdays and the expedition all extremely lovely professional ladies the gym and the spa establishment was extremely clean, warm, welcoming, calming with a overall Zen tone I love this hotel. It is nearby a lot of good places to shop not to mention the movie theaters next door and again the rooms were extremely clean spacious Vienna hotel and spa is definitely a must visit if in the Westbury area I love it here and will be returning many many more times and last, but not least the African American chef on the weekends particularly Saturday each time I visited the Vienna hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing his amazing tasting food plates with the presentation of a Michelin star restaurant. He is very kind, very prompt very professional, preparing your meals as expected and go above and beyond to please your taste buds so again this hotels get 10 stars all across the board thank you.
