Hi, I was very disappointed by my stay at this hotel.
Hotel did not match standards of what I was expecting, room was ok, shower was terrible especially the water pressure, I had misplaced my key and the woman at the front desk was giving me a hard time getting a new key, the fire pit outside was not on, everything advertised on your website seem to be a lie, probably would not come back, thd bed was not comfortable.
Had issues with the shower pressure and it took awhile for it to get hot, had misplaced my key and had issues getting a new key, asked for my ID and I already been staying since the night before.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Always clean and the staff is great! Very accommodating/friendly. James at the bistro gave the best customer service. He makes sure the guests are taken care of.
