The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great location staff was very friendly and helpful.

Considering this is now a relief center for fire victims, the staff is nice and compassionate. Overall very clean place and helpful staff.
We had to evacuate for Altadena and like hundreds of other families, we found a warm, helpful welcome at the Courtyard Marriott Pasadena. We will always remember our safe stay as we monitored the news of the Eaton fire. Thank you.

This hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, washer and dryers, hot tub, restaurant and bar on site. Staff was nice and accommodating and it is in a beautiful part of Pasadena. Stayed here several times for business travel and they always have everything I need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Thanks Courtyard Marriott. Love the new renovations! Hotel looks great!

My request for adjoining rooms was not honored. Also, check in process took way too long since all information was already on file. Still trying to get total of restaurant charges incurred during our stay.
