Great greeting at the valet parking, reception was warm did have trouble with 2nd key card that was taken care of at the reception desk, nice meal at the Whisperia Restaurant the server was polite and kind and professional, the bartender was helpful and accommodating. Our Stay was better than expected and will certainly come back again! Downside is that we left early because the weather was downpours of rain but no one can alter the heather. Will definitely stay at this Hotel again.
From the valet to check to the restaurant servers, they all were friendly and positive.
Polite staff, room was comfortable.

We came here because my wife needed a procedure at Tufts Medical Center. Glad it was across the street. Everyone we dealt with were honest and very helpful. BTW…my wife went through her heart procedure with flying colors. Thank to all.

we reserved a room with two beds however our room only had one bed. I received no consideration from the front desk.
My stay was soothing with pleasant surroundings. My stay was for a seriously ill family being treated at Tufts Medical Boston Ma. I never had to worry about my hotel accommodations. One suggestion would be to improve the dining experience Orders were work or incomplete. The service was slow or hurried.

The people were very nice and the hotel was clean and very comfortable and convenient. The receptionist that checked us in was so courteous and welcoming. First impression is a lasting impression.
I left my work phone in the room and didn't realize it until I was boarding the flight at 6:00 p.m. to SFO. I made it into a traumatic experience but not these professionals! They knew what to do to resolve it and my phone was back in no time! Excellent staff, supervisors and service! Thank you.
