I had a three night stay, when checking in I was told room cleaning was not available unless requested 24 hours in advance. This is fine, if the stocked the room with enough towels. two sets of towels, with no shower towel is not a properly stocked room for a three night stay. All three mornings I was downstairs by 730am, each morning they were out of coffee. The restaurant looks nice and the was average, but don’t be in a hurry leave yourself plenty of time. The little snack shop sad, poorly stocked.
Would stay there again.
The Doubletree Hilton hotel is beautiful. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating. We enjoyed two days of relaxation. The Montebello Mall is just across the street from the hotel. We ate at the Olive Garden restaurant. We went shopping at the mall for things we forgot to pack. I have to give a very appreciative shout out to Ariel! She provided excellent service. The day we checked out of our room I forgot a chain necklace. We were almost home (out of towner) when I realized I forgot to grab it. I called the hotel and Ariel came to the rescue! She checked the room and found my necklace. I was able to have a relative pick it up the next day. Thank you so much Ariel for your help. You went beyond the call of duty to provide your guest superior service. Thank you, thank you!
