We had a good stay, overall.
This hotel is in a great location, the theater and arts area. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet too pricey. The pool room could use an upgrade.

Very nice stay with pleasant staff. Location to various places is great.
I feel that the hotel is in a great location, kept clean and well and the staff is nice. However, it is a bit pricey and when I book the room, I asked if there was on site parking and I was told yes. That is not the case. The lot is a municipal lot that needs to be paid separately from the $300 a night room rate. This is Philadelphia not New York City, it’s a very pricey hotel.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very willing to help and had a good attitude.
Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was great. We felt very secure, parking in the same building was a HUGE plus for security especially with a late evening check in. Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was warm and welcoming, even offering us warm cookies at check in! Bell hop held our bags for us while we toured the city so we didn't have to risk leaving it in the car. Breakfast in their mezzanine was a great choice on our limited time schedule. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was commodious and clean and pleasing, with its view of the bustling city. The elevator came promptly. Staff, with one exception were courteous, helpful and solicitous. I took pleasure in every moment of my stay except one. On my last evening, I asked the young woman at the desk about getting a taxi early in the morning. She referred me to the bellman, but the bellman was nowhere to be seen. When I pointed this out, the young woman told me she couldn't help me, I was on my own. So unlike every other encounter I had with your gracious staff.
My room was clean and quiet. I would have liked to have a do not disturb sign to hang on my door and some extra toilet paper, though. Housekeepers did a good job.
