Rooms were clean, no issues. Nice breakfast area.
The suite/bedroom is a real plus. It allows early risers a place to work/watch tv, etc.
Our whole group of 18 people were thrilled with our stay there. Love the free breakfast and happy hour. The rooms were very nice and quiet too.
I ended up staying 7 days and I mean I had a peace of mind the free breakfast was perfect the staff were all nice and friendly and very helpful will be returning real soon.

I booked the hotel for my relatives visiting here from Tucson Arizona because I have always loved Embassy Suites. This location is near our new Duarte apartment we recently relocated there after losing everything in the Eaton Canyon fires. Our relatives wanted to come to So Cal to see the devastation in person and to support us. The hotel made a perfect reunion spot! We enjoyed Happy Hour with them and they enjoyed the nice hot breakfast and omelette bar in the morning.
Would have been excellent but had two incidents occur upon arrival. 1. Carpet soaked with what looked to be soapy water and plugged toilet. 2. Bartenders attitude towards our wanting to take advantage of happy hour special. Also, the screaming, yelling and running of children throughout the hotel was ridiculous. This lasted throughout evening. I would like to give thanks to Jose for his great customer service and ability to make changes to our stay.
