I have stayed in many Motel 6 locations around the country and most are modest, but well maintained. This one is the opposite. The motel rooms are well designed, but extremely poorly maintained. In my suite the sink leaked badly, the water pressure was low, the shower door handles were barely attached, the television was stuck in admin mode and the remote didn't match the set, the switches on the light fixtures by the bed were stuck and didn't work and last but not least, the lounge chair seat cushion was ripped with stuffing coming out, the refrigerator smelled terrible and did not work. Outside the room the elevator had a broken speaker that blasted annoying static and appeared to have a very old, stale, smelly puddle of urine in the corner. Other patrons had late night fights on the common balconies and management did not bother to have them move their issues away out of consideration for the other guests. On the positive side, housekeeping was very professional, prompt and good quality. What this location needs is a manager who is proactive and focused on maintaining the building and providing guests with a positive experience and will hire a team that is equally dedicated to that mission.
Everything was good.
The room was clean and comfortable, There were no disturbances, we were able to sleep comfortably.
Good except for no soap being left.
