"No Water"

When we checked in, we were told that we would have no running water in our room starting at 10pm until 5am. I have an elderly mother with me, which will make it very difficult for her to go downstairs in the middle of the night. Plus there is no water bottles in the room or hand sanitizer. all of this is very inconvenient. We are very disappointed with this situation.

This is a great hotel, however we encountered a. Issue. The water would not Get more than like warm. We booked three rooms. One in our party had to move rooms twice. The other two parties moved rooms once all due to hot water not getting hot, or not turning off. Apparently there was a boiler issue on the 3rd floor. We were offered food vouchers not a good compromise.

Location and low noise levels make this hotel very convenient for a quick getaway in the morning. I got there the night before, stayed at the Hilton and left early to jump in line at the TSA at LAX. Easy transit on their shuttle runs every 15 minutes. A clean, quiet hotel.. perfect!
