The location and property are everything you need. My daughter really appreciated the 24 hr bistro.

The Booking process through the 3rd party number on your website was horrendous, I called three times in five min and got three different prices and they still messed up our reservation.The front desk person was very rude at check in and wasn’t interested in helping resolve the issue. The mgr on duty was great and helped resolve our issues. Probably won’t be staying at another Hilton after this experience.

Everything was as you would expect from a Hilton.
Cost was not worth the price of facility. Very dated.
Rooms are decent. Food choices were good. Gym was great with the Peloton! Staff was friendly and responsive.
When we checked in, we were told that we would have no running water in our room starting at 10pm until 5am. I have an elderly mother with me, which will make it very difficult for her to go downstairs in the middle of the night. Plus there is no water bottles in the room or hand sanitizer. all of this is very inconvenient. We are very disappointed with this situation.
Close to the airport. Shuttle a little erratic.clean spacious rooms.very quiet rooms. My biggest complaint, the bar has no restrooms.

This is a great hotel, however we encountered a. Issue. The water would not Get more than like warm. We booked three rooms. One in our party had to move rooms twice. The other two parties moved rooms once all due to hot water not getting hot, or not turning off. Apparently there was a boiler issue on the 3rd floor. We were offered food vouchers not a good compromise.
Staying at the Hilton was easy and comfortable as well as reasonable.
