Excellent place, clean, friendly bar and good bartender, fun and on top of her game Great time.

I stay at this property several times a year, for the last five years. It's always consistently great. Fast check in, clean, safe rooms, good food service, reliable shuttle, airport proximity, friendly staff and a Starbucks on property! I'm going back!

Marriott always has the best service and beds globally.

We found the Marriott to be a decent hotel, the room and the hotel as a whole was clean and everyone was polite, friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel many times for business in LA area. The staff is friendly and the hotel accommodations are very good. However, I use the hotel shuttle when I arrive in LA. The hotel is very close to the airport. However, many times, I have waited a long time for the shuttle to arrive. Sometimes the shuttles of other hotels will come by twice before the Marriott shuttle arrives. This last time, some people waiting were turned away because the shuttle was full. Perhaps the Marriott could arrange for the shuttle to make more frequent trips to the airport?.

My second time in less than than a month and came back because the staff and employees they make feel good.

Good facilities. Easily accessible from the airport and uptown/downtown.

The rooms were minimalistic and clean yet, I do feel that not having a duvet on the comforter is not sanitary I was hoping that Marriott will have higher standards.

Marriott was a positive experience. From the shuttle ride, to checking in, to the clean and comfortable room, to the shops and dinner, everyone was courteous, accommodating and friendly. It was a great experience.

This is a very nice hotel with great shuttle access to LAX. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bar/restaurant was very nice in the evening. The restaurant is quite expensive for breakfast, but there is a Starbucks in the hotel for somthing a quick and affordable.

Great hotel. I requested a late checkout which was approved but house keeping would not stop knocing on the door. I was very ill and this was very distrubtive.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent.
