My 4th floor room was ready early and exceeded my expectations with a balcony view of the pool. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything worked and looked sparkling. This is a very welcoming property with kind courteous staff and good energy.
Due to a snowstorm in Charlotte, it took three days to book a flight to get back home. Fortunately, we spent two nights at the Marriott at LAX. The check in was seamless and our room was ready in the morning, the room was very clean and quiet and the restaurant was good and the service excellent. It was a very nice respite for us before returning home.

I stay at this property several times a year, for the last five years. It's always consistently great. Fast check in, clean, safe rooms, good food service, reliable shuttle, airport proximity, friendly staff and a Starbucks on property! I'm going back!

We found the Marriott to be a decent hotel, the room and the hotel as a whole was clean and everyone was polite, friendly and helpful.
I've stayed at this hotel many times for business in LA area. The staff is friendly and the hotel accommodations are very good. However, I use the hotel shuttle when I arrive in LA. The hotel is very close to the airport. However, many times, I have waited a long time for the shuttle to arrive. Sometimes the shuttles of other hotels will come by twice before the Marriott shuttle arrives. This last time, some people waiting were turned away because the shuttle was full. Perhaps the Marriott could arrange for the shuttle to make more frequent trips to the airport?.
My second time in less than than a month and came back because the staff and employees they make feel good.
Good facilities. Easily accessible from the airport and uptown/downtown.
