The first night Jeanpierre and Fadwa was very friendly and kind. They made sure the hotel and the GoPort shuttle bus was there at the time we requested and it was. The lady that the front desk that Friday when we returned from our cruise was able to get us an early check and she was very kind, helpful and polite. One lady I meet she was from Texarkana Arkansas we had a great conversation and she was very friendly too. I had a great stay and the food was delicious. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾.
My stay was brief but the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was a typical room. No complaints.
The person at check in was very helpful. There was no waiting. The room was comfortable. Took the shuttle to the airport no long wait arrived on time.
Met all our needs for the time we were in Orlando.

Great Stay
From the time that that we arrived, Front desk attendant: FANWA, took exceptional great care of us. She made us feel right at home, answering our many questions and concerns to including eateries in the nearby areas. I was very impressed by the extra effort that FANWA put forth to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We would rate this hotel very high because of the exceptional customer services. FANWA also displayed great people skills.
I will be back soon with my family.
Reasonable rates, clean rooms, professional service and great coffee in the room and lobby. This place was a diamond in the rough!
