Very clean, great staff, walking distance to the subway, good breakfast.
The room we were assigned did not have any hot water to shower with. My wife and I had to move rooms to another floor at 11 pm at night. Extremely upset at this occurrence. I trust JWM will offer me a discount on my last night stay or I’ll be extremely upset.
