The shuttle drivers were exceptional. I needed help navigating Boston, and one driver (sorry, I don't have names), told me which train to catch, when to disembark and made food and shopping suggestions. He even went inside to help me purchase my ticket. Kindness is everything! His help eased my anxiety of traveling alone. I was onetime for my return flight. I was grateful for the snacks provided by the driver because I hadn't eaten before my flight and I take AM medicines.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
We found the staff at the hotel, from the front desk manager to the shuttle driver to the manager of the dining room, to go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming during our one night stay.

I want to give a Huge Thank you to the following people at this location. 1st is Nelson he was on time and very helpful from my p/u from the airport to the hotel. Great guy! 2nd GiGi She time out of her day with friends to make sure I knew where I was going and made sure I got back safely. Awesome! 3rd Bobby was another driver who was very accommodating and even offered me one of his personal waters, it was very hot outside that morning. 4th I would like to thank Elijah who was also very accommodating and knowledgeable of things and places I could go before I left heading back to California. When I come back the Four Points Sheraton is my choice stay thanks to these awesome staff members.
