The customer service was great! Th lobby is inviting and clean but when you hop on the elevator and hop off the second floor, not so inviting. The carpets are very dirty and torn, the room was a little musty as the A/C wasn’t on, to e mattresses are too small for the frame. Not Queen size but full size. Hot tub was nice but very dirty. No continental breakfast. It’s okay.
bathtub was clogged, toilet seat needed adjusting and hallway carpeting needs to be replaced.
I like the staff. Very pleasant. Amaya, Carla and Ashley are very pleasant.
