The accommodations were exceptional! The front desk staff was great! Will always stay at the Hilton, it’s a “first class” hotel.

I enjoy staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on my trips to SINY.
We have been staying here for a few years when we come up north from Florida to visit. This has been our longest and best stay! The rooms were renovated and are just lovely. spacious and comfortable. The staff is efficient, helpful, friendly and every couple of days, inquired through text message if there was anything we needed. We really felt like this place was our home for 11 nights and we look forward to our return next summer! We also enjoyed Lorenzos several times.
Clean, friendly, attentive, AS ALWAYS. This hotel never disappoints. Check in was wonderful, they are always so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them when visiting Staten Island.

Clean, personnel good, just missed some little things like pencil, paper and available coffee free in the lobby during the day.
