We have been staying here for a few years when we come up north from Florida to visit. This has been our longest and best stay! The rooms were renovated and are just lovely. spacious and comfortable. The staff is efficient, helpful, friendly and every couple of days, inquired through text message if there was anything we needed. We really felt like this place was our home for 11 nights and we look forward to our return next summer! We also enjoyed Lorenzos several times.
Clean, friendly, attentive, AS ALWAYS. This hotel never disappoints. Check in was wonderful, they are always so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them when visiting Staten Island.

The TV does not work properly. Volume can't be lowered. Guide does not work. 3people had to come up on Wednesday. Channels go up but not down. You don't know what you are watching. (Says No Information).

The property was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I recommend that the cleaning staff pay more attention to the lobby seating area as the trash left by guests was not timely cleared and presented a poor visual to the hotel entry/lobby.

Bathroom needs work. Inside of door and frame is chipped. Floor mold needs work. Toilet is too low. Room 415. Representatives at desk were excellent and restaurant was excellent.
TV remote didn’t work after battery was replaced. Website claimed there was a shuttle to the airport: not true. Website also claimed to have a pool: not true.
