I booked a reservation online and within 10 minutes I realized we would not make it, so I followed the “refund” link from the confirmation email to cancel the reservation (mind you I have timestamped email documentation of all of this) and the hotel claims that I was a no show and they’re not refunding me. It has been over a month and I am still trying to get my money back from a hotel I DIDNT EVEN STAY AT!
Because of walking restrictions, I asked for a room close to the front desk and food court on the first floor and got it. I especially like that I could control the temperature of the room myself.
Very nice hotel.
I have only stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites a few times but I'll tell you, going forward when I need a room for a short or long stay, I'm going to come knocking on their door for sure. My first choice!
