In our room the electric plugs were all loose and nothing would stay plugged in my curling iron fell out my phone charger fell out. We ran out of hand cream in the pump and it was empty for two days never refilled. I think the restaurants in the hotel are all overpriced and the selection is very very limited. No steakhouse never been in a casino that doesn't have a steakhouse. The staff was excellent very attentive very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Everything was really great here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The room was clean and overall, everything seemed to be reasonably priced for Las Vegas. It’s also great how close to everything it is and I really enjoyed how easily maneuverable the whole city is.

Rooms were very clean and the casino floor was always fun! The card dealers were great friendly people, Lima was my favorite and the food was really good! The buffet and the restaurants on site.

I tripped as we were walking toward the parking garage. An employee coming into the building was right there to check on me. She went inside and called the security team. Sam, Travis (or Trevor) and Regina responded quickly with a first aid kit. Their caring and offer to call the EMT's was first rate. The hotel has trained their employees how to respond to an emergency. It was impressive. The next morning, we ran into Sam in the lobby area he actually remembered us and was very concerned that everything was okay. Housekeeping staff is also first rate. Front desk and casino host staff were very friendly and helpful.

Service and the people in the hotel were fantastic. From the bellhop, doorman, front desk and maids to the employees at the Baja Fresh restaurant. All needs were met with hospitality. Using the two nearby MGM free trams, one in the Park MGM to go north and the other right in the property to go south. Room is spacious with a sofa to lounge about, a desk, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with glass door showers. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay as Excalibur provides exceptional value for a Vegas strip hotel.
