Had 15 hour delay in flights. Stayed here overnight. Transportation to and from airport. Room was renovated. Clean. Bed comfortable. Food/drinks in restaurant were pretty good! Very happy about that.
Friendly check in staff. Incredibly busy night with some conference going on. The hotel restaurant staff was also great and upbeat. The housekeeping didn't send up the towel and wash cloth for our third person(3yo) We managed it for our one night stay.
Very happy with the hotel staff have been fantastic especially the cleaning staff and one Paticular Cleaning Lady that was awesome. Problem is the parking the system doesn’t work very well.
This hotel is A++. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful! The pool was fantastic with clean restrooms! Always a plus. The rooms were nice sized with everything needed.

Water would drain very slowly in the shower, customer service was not very polite or informative. A/C was not the best, cleanliness of the room was poor. Will not go again.
