Breakfast was very good, room was comfortable.
When I called for a reservation I specifically asked if I was dealing directly with the hotel. I was told yes, all calls go through this number. I made the reservation but called back to ask if I was given a AAA or AARP discount. Was told because reservation was already confirmed, no change could be made. Then once at the hotel the TV did not work. We were told by the front desk attendant that she didn't have a replacement or new batteries for the remote. A spare remote was eventually found but TV still didn't work. Was told because of the late hour service could not be called. TV could not be fixed the next day so we had to move to another room. When I asked about any compensation due the inconvenience, I was told nothing could be done because the reservation was made through a third party. This was very frustrating since you hired/work with this reservation company. I also found out that the reservation company charged me the same price for three nights that my brother paid for four nights. Very upsetting after a very stressful and emotional situation that prompted the stay at your hotel. These third party reservations should be required to identify themselves as such.
We had a great stay, rooms were clean, but most of all everyone was super nice!
Had a great night. Bed was very comfortable.
