We stayed for a basketball tournament that was held in Vegas. The property was decent. All the rooms were good. I was impressed with housekeeping. It was a big hotel and they did a great job making the room clean.
Loved the casino and steak house. Checking was a mess and I feel that because they made a mistake I had to either upgrade and pay additional men or I was out my room I paid for. Until I asked for a manager I couldn’t even get anyone to understand. Also, just like the survey, my name a spelled wrong. Also, The room was very outdated but nice view and comfortable bed.
