The suite was nice, large and spacious. It was nice to have a kitchenette too. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were very nice.
For a smoke free hotel there wasn’t a time when walking through the floor it didn’t smell intensely of cigarette smoke. So much so our clothes that we didn’t even wear smelled. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every othyday. We were there a week and had to beg to get it cleaned. It was only cleaned once. The pull out mattress was so old it was like sleeping on squeaky springs. Furniture was stained and torn. Not what I expected from a Hilton. Even the low end of their chain. Checked out a day early it was so bad.
