We were treated great from beginning to end would definitely come back to stay!
Room was very clean and staff very friendly. Loved that it is a non smoking facility!
I should have been made aware that there would be a resort fee, however in the near future, if I decide to stay at the park MGM, I would like all charges upfront.

The hotel bed and facilities were adequate for the short stay. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, trams, walkways and other hotels. It also helped to have a Starbucks on premises and Etaly for other eatery options.
Beautifully reimagined space in Las Vegas. Food was phenomenal.
Just Perfect.
Staff was very accommodating and f Room was clean and comfortable. We had requested Disability accommodations but was told they did not have any. Needed that to shower due to my balance issues. Should have stated that initially as I would have booked at a different place. Also not aware of the hundred dollars additional taxes added at the end.
Beautiful hotel! Much appreciation to Paulo Macasinag slot host we’re going above and beyond to get us last minute tickets to the David Copperfield show with fantastic seats. Along with Richy and Jennifer Tagudin, cage supervisor, for explaining the whole Casino experience and process since it was our first time there. Fantastic job especially with making us aware of turning in receipts and getting points for it and several other benefits.
There was old food under the edge of my bed. The shower door was dirty. There was long black hair in the bathroom. I’m a redhead, my friend was blonde.
Train Wreck. We had to cancel the room. two weeks in advance we tried and tried and tried to get through to someone. When we finally did, we did not get very far, was bounced from person to person. And we had the cancellation insurance. not very helpful. We had to make several phone calls, emails etc.
The hotel was perfectly located by the arena. We came to watch the Canucks play!
Nice sized rooms. We like the smoke free casino, the size of casino and the restaurants, etc. Check in/out is easy and the location on The Strip is good.
The Park is a very nice hotel.
Lots of fun Primrose is the best.
The Park MGM is a very nice hotel to stay in. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The room was clean and had everything that you would need for a stay. The only thing that we didn't like was the pillows, which were very tall and lumpy. Overall I would highly suggest staying here.
My husband and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary at this hotel and it is fun and clean. All the staff we encountered were so helpful and courteous, especially the employees at the sport book betting(helped first timers) and sports book bar. We loved that we could walk across to the T Mobile arena. The only thing that kept me from reviewing at a five star was that we were put into a handicap accessible room and while it was nice, I got a peek at one of the other rooms and would’ve like to stay in one of those instead. The staff that answered my call about possibly changing the room wasn’t super friendly but I understood the hotel was pretty booked.
The room was okay but really basic.
Bad customer service I request for non smoking room and they put my family and I on stink smoking room .. make my family sick.
The hotel is very impressive and well run. Great staff and very helpful. My room was a bit tied and maybe in need of an upgrade.
