My stay was to celebrate my birthday. I had a great time and staff were very accommodating. We went to Universal Studios for part of our stay and the shuttle service was great! They were timely and alleviated having to use a car. The only thing that was an issue was the TV not working in one of our rooms. They sent someone immediately and issued a voucher for the inconvenience.

The customer service was above and beyond! I needed some unconventional items (packing tape) and they were able to get it to me super fast to fix some medical equipment. Leonel at the bell desk was absolutely above and beyond! First time staying with Hilton and I'll pay the higher price to have the amazing customer service from now on! The staff was so friendly and super helpful. Greeted with warm cookies and so kind. Beautiful view and just minutes away from universal studios that we could walk to. Would love to stay again this October.
