Awesome Place!
This hotel is nice if you are planning on going to Universal theme parks. We used the bus transportation provided by the hotel to the parks and Citywalk with ease every day except New Year's Eve when there was a long wait for the buses. It did seem like this was not the norm and more because of the holiday. It was also right by an I trolley stop, which allowed us to get to Seaworld easily.
The women who keep the eating area in and around the coffee machines and beverages were terrific. I am old and they never hesitated to ask if I needed help with my tray as they did with others. They kept all the eating areas spotless. They always asked if they could help because they cold see I was old but also asked others who seemed to be having trouble. I only got one name out of all of them, Carmen, but they all did a great job.
