Clean and quiet! Room was a great size, everything worked as it should and the staff is very friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to friends and family.
First the good: the staff was friendly, the room was clean (mostly) and the hot breakfast was decent. Issues: the room seemed clean, but there was a dirty handkerchief in a drawer, along with a lost and found item. There were a few grains of fried rice under the mattress (yes, I do a bedbug check). The front door of the room made a horrible scraping noise every time it was opened and the bathroom door rubbed against the floor and could not be closed completely.
This was our second stay at Comfort Inn Brewster. Lovely staff, plenty of selection for breakfast in the morning and clean rooms. You really can't ask for more. We will still stay again.
