Everything was as expected, room clean, etc. Breakfast was very good, good selections.
Here for our son’s wedding, plenty of room in our room. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Let the wedding party use a two floor lounge to meet up after the wedding.
To shuttle for airport. Gave us her card. But we have misplaced it. Very helpful. She seemed like she was working at breakfast. Hope you know who I mean. Very helpful. Rooms clean.
PLUS: Front desk staff knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast set up and environment very good. Common areas clean and pleasant. MINUS: No heat in room. No fresh air replenishment in room. Housekeeping staff did not understand english and could not fulfill my requests without front desk assistance.

The customer service was excellent from the reservation process to check in. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast provided was very nice. I will be staying again.
I would use the Hampton Hotel in Boston if I ever travel there again! Very clean and accommodating!
