ALL the staff are professional, helpful and courteous from the van driver from the airport to people at the desk and room cleaners. My family was here for a funeral and your lobby was conducive to us having gatherings.
My sisters and I enjoyed the sister’s weekend we shared in The Commack Hampton Inn, on the above dates immensely. From the time we arrived until our departure your entire staff treated us with respect and kindness. From the front desk, kitchen help, cleaning service and room service, everyone was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and cherry. As we were playing scrabble in the main lobby, we saw someone come, treat your staff disrespectful and loudly holler at them (just because they were abiding by the hotel rules asking for a credit card to hold on file) telling them they were treating her inhumanly and they never raised their voices, never lost their smiles, talked to her respectfully, never lost their cool and never discussed it with any of the customers. We just overheard it as we were sitting so close to the front desk. You certainly have a staff working there, no matter what their level of employment, to be truly proud of. Clean Room. Comfortable Mattress/Pillows. Great water pressure in shower. AC and Heat worked. TV had okay channel selection.
I love this location. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. The maids, although they don't speak English, do a very thorough job, very clean. My favorite location by far.
