Room was great!
We had to leave our home for a bit unexpectedly and this Hyatt House was the perfect hotel for us. The people who work there were very nice and hospitable. We had a very spacious room which was great for our pre teens. The kitchen was so useful, the beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was really good and so convenient for rushing the kids off to school. We were very comfortable there. Only complaint was that our heat didn’t work too well. It was not terrible but just annoying and could have been warmer. Overall a great stay!

I have stayed at Hyatt house White Plains several times to visit family in Scarsdale. The room was clean and comfortable. This time we had to go from Scarsdale into NYC for a surprise party so it was convenient to stay near our relatives who would drive us into NYC.
Breakfast is outstanding.
Great Stay
It was 98 degrees outside and when we arrived at our room it was like a steam bath 8:30 at night….no one turned on the air conditioning.,..very unpleasant.

We are very impressed with this hotel. the rooms are well appointed, the check in personnel are charming, the breakfast was wonderful and the pool is a lovely addition to the property. We will definitely stay again.
