SAHARA Las Vegas

The lobby is modern contemporary, great ambiance. The rooms are nicely decorated. For the price I found It’s a very good deal. I like the location, close to downtown Las Vegas and the rest of the strip. I found a really good Thai restaurant nearby that was 8 minutes walking from the hotel. I would stay there again.

It was clean and nice for a very good price. Will be staying there more frequently in the future.

We really enjoyed ourselves and especially visiting with Eleanor in the dining room area. She was wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

The food at the restaurants is mediocre. No coffee in the room is a bummer. Otherwise, it's clean and huge.

Change the beds please.

Pros: Engaged, friendly staff from check in, housekeeping, security, to the employees of the on site restaurants. Clean hotel, inside and out. Very good restaurants! Easy walk to the convention center. One did not have to navigate a casino maze to get into and out of the hotel. :) Areas that could use some love: My third floor room was a bit dated and the windows looked directly into the parking garage, so if it's an option go high! The bigger outdoor pool area was closed (February) and one was not allowed to sit in the outside space which was beautiful and nicely laid out and situated, which was a bummer. However, the smaller outdoor rooftop pool in a different tower was quite nice. :).

We stayed here two nights and loved it! The Monorail services this resort, so transportation into the heart of the strip was a breeze. Sahara is clean, updated and classy. I would definitely come back here as my first choice.. .reasonable rates, great service and atmosphere. The casino was nice and smoke free.

The room was clean, beautiful and generally quiet. The hotel is centrally located with the Monorail right there. it was affordable and yet convenient, fun and safe.

Wonderful

The only difficulty was the elevators did not function well for the amount of people it had to serve. Got stuck waiting 25 minutes for it with several other people on the 10th floor.

Many attractions within the resort itself, highly recommend!

I was surprised how clean the hotel lobby and rooms were. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will be returning.

This was my first time staying at the Sahara and it did not disappoint. The convenience of the monorail located directly at the hotel was perfect for commuting along the strip. I would stay here again for sure!

I stayed in a Deluxe King room in the Alexandria Tower at the Sahara for a conference I was attending in Las Vegas. The room was lovely and huge! Even on a high floor, there was never a long wait for elevators. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel, it's quiet and clean with comfortable beds. Lady at the reception desk was kind and smiled even during busy time in the afternoon. Will visit again.

The hotel is a quiet place to stay while in town for a convention. Easy to get into by car. Free parking and free mini fridge were a big plus. It is really easy to get on the monorail and I used that as quick transportation to the convention center and other stops down on the mid strip locations. The two restaurants I ate at were really good and I could get in right away.
