The room was clean, quiet, and neat, as was the entire hotel. Once in our room we left the noise of the city behind. Lastly, the staff, from the front door greeting, to check in at the concierge and certainly the room cleaning personnel, everyone was cheerful and helpful. It was our home for four nights!
Rooms are comfortable, excellent for location to Times Square and other aspects of NYC, staff are helpful, like the addition of food and drink to lobby.
