Celebrated our 53rd Anniversary by attending the 250th anniversary of our country in Boston and couldn’t have been more perfect! Cannot give enough praise for my first connection with the Boston Marriot Copley Julia McCarthy!, Guest Experience Expert! She was so patient walking me through how to book the room we were looking for and ensured our room was perfect, sent a beautiful basket and note and gave us great suggestions for dinners which we made reservations for and thoroughly enjoyed! From the moment we walked in we were treated beautifully! Julia Mendes at check in was terrific as was the concierge. The whole weekend was so memorable! Thank you to Marriot! We love this chain and this city! Can’t wait to come back!

We arrived at 1:00, they let us check in which is awesome. The room was clean and comfy.

Everyone was great to deal with and very helpful.
Breakfast at the Yard House was very poor and service on the second day was nonexistent.
