They Had truoble with my credit card and canceled without notification. I went to check in and they didnt have my rooms or any rooms to replace. The place a dump anyway. Had to use a bathroom in the laundry room. Ended up staying at the Hilton Park Plaza. Better rate and 1000 percent upgrade. If anyone has booked this place run fast.
The hotel’s central location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were exceptional—friendly, informative, helpful, and patient. Their assistance made our stay even more enjoyable.

Unexpected need for a room in Boston. Just needed a bed to sleep. Found offered a clean, safe, affordable room. Old school, No frills. Great staff, friendly, and helpful. Cool historic bldg. Nice shower, comfy bed, TV in room.
