Luxor Hotel and Casino

The service at the Luxor was excellent. Attentive staff and very professional.

Always a wonderful time at the Luxor.

Our room seemed to have a little water damage. The floors were wet and alot of moisture in bedding and the room in general. The front desk was very helpful and quickly switched our room which was great. The only other issue seemed to be the elevators. They were frustrating at times but overall we had a great time and thank the staff for being accommodating!

There was no refrigerator in my room and in my brother's room. There were no wash or face towels. The towels were clean but old.

Bell Staff Erika was very helpful and nice. Housekeeping Melliey very cordial and professional. The room is very basic but very clean. Overall we had a nice vacation and enjoyed staying at the Luxor. Rental Scooters are available on site and off site.

I would defiantly stay here again and suggest it to anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay while in Vegas, check in was simple, the room was great and the view was amazing.

It fit my need to go to a show… Stayed three nights room cleaned twice. No wash cloths or body soap never replaced TV fuzzy and few channels. For the price I paid for don’t feel I got what I paid for. Won’t stay here again. People more than friendly just no follow through.

The room was awesome and had an even better view of the city, checking in and out was very simple, I would defiantly stay there again the next time I come to Vegas. Zero complaints along with a great time. This would be a great place to come alone or to bring your family.

Great stay to experience a little taste of Egypt. Our only complaint is the line to check in was really long, so definitely complete this online before arrival. Clean and comfortable spacious rooms and staying in the pyramid we had a unique perspective overlooking the lobby below.

My private stay was just that, very quiet pleasantly private.

The Luxor has big rooms and is pretty comfortable with clean rooms. A decent place to stay. Good value for the money.

This was the worst hotel I have visited in years. No refrigerator, old shabby carpets, no coffee in the room, outdated room. The bathroom was the only decent place because it appeared to be recently remodeled. THis hotel needs to go. would never recommend it.

The man at the front desk accompanied everything I needed him to and we got to stay in a suite overlooking the Mandalay bay with a huge tub ! What a great place.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet. I liked being able to go to the food court to grab something to eat whenever I felt like it. When we return to Las Vegas we will certainly stay at the Luxor!

As a frequent flyer through Las Vegas, I typically stay at the north end of the strip. This was my first experience on the south end. I love the beautiful architecture of the Luxor and the ode to the Egyptian hieroglyphs. The room was very space and affordable for most. The food at the resort has options for everyone. The customer service was impeccable.
