"The Best Staff EVER!"

I have never had a better experience with hotel staff in my life. Every single person we walked by was smiling and said something welcoming and friendly. Lily at the front desk is now my best friend. Steve, the bellman, tells the best stories (with pictures!). If you have the opportunity to come to Boston, stay at the Omni Parker House. Even the ghosts are friendly!

We loved our stay at the Omni Parker Hotel. Such a grand old building and such a rich and dignified history. We stay in Boston often and this was by far our favorit hotel. The restoration work is excellent and the modern amenities offer every comfort one might need. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcomed and right at home.
