We really enjoyed our stay at Omni Berkshire Place. We had three rooms for our whole family. We were able to check in early. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for all our favorite NYC activities. Will definitely stay here again. The host, the doorman and concierge were all very helpful and amazing!
The front desk staff female member was excellent and everyone I encountered were friendly and helpful. Room had good lighting and was spacious. Checking out was also painless.

It must have been humid the week we were there our room stayed very damp. The towels wouldn’t even dry overnight. I’m assuming humidity.
