Our stay at the Peninsula could not have been a more perfect birthday weekend for my wife. We are still amazed at how wonderful the hotel staff worked to make it special. From Vince Reyes who sent the cake to the girl who set it up so perfectly to Floyd at the front desk who found us the perfect room and was so accommodating to the wonderful manager and wait staff at the Z Bar who capped off the weekend in style to Jeff helping with reservations and information. We simply cannot wait for our next visit. Thank you, thank you, to all.
We have been staying at the Peninsula hotel for many years now. Even though we had a series of minor glitches, associated with our stay, the hotel staff made sure that we were well taken care of. We continue to give the Peninsula our highest recommendation. Top Shelf Service.
We needed a place to stay because of a problem at another hotel. I called the Peninsula and made a reservation and walked over there in five minutes. Everything was ready when we arrived. The room and everything it it is stunning. I have to say I loved it and I will go back on my next visit to Chicago.
