I've stayed there a few times now and each time has been fine. Overall with the convenience to MTA and Jamaica Ave shopping I have no complaints.
The hotel was clean, housekeepers provided proper services. However when it comes to breakfast they need to change upthe menu, I stayed there for four days and ate the same things for breakfast for the four days. There's so many things in America to use for breakfast.

We got here at three AM from a flight cancellation and needed a room. They gave us a beautiful new clean room, free breakfast and businesses close by to purchase necessities and food. Highly recommend this property.
The room we had was right by the ice machine which kinda noisy. The floor was dirty in my room my daughter's socks were very dirty. Other than that the stay was okay.
We were very pleased to have a nice clean place to recover from a15 1/2 flight before our final leg home.
Bed sheets were torn, hair in bathroom. .standards very poor considering our othe IHG visits.
